SpanGuild offers four starting points for a project; each is scoped and priced individually after a short conversation.
Pick a starting point
Choose the plan closest to what you need. The enquiry form fills itself in, we talk it through, and you receive a written proposal with the price before anything is built.
Four plans, compared
Every plan is quoted after a short scoping conversation, and nothing is built before you have agreed a written proposal with the price in it.

Custom application
A first version of a web or mobile application.

- After launch
- Maintenance and further versions scoped separately
AI and automation
A chatbot, a RAG assistant or a connected workflow.
- Best for
- A specific task that AI or automation could improve
- What is built
- A defined use case, the information source, boundaries and review points, then the build and evaluation
- Content and copy
- Your documents and data, with access agreed up front
- Hosting and accounts
- Third-party model and tool costs identified and separate
- After launch
- Monitoring and review arrangements agreed in the proposal
The business website plan is the one most enquiries end up with. Every plan is a starting point for scoping, not a fixed bundle.
What happens after you choose
You send the enquiry
The form arrives in our inbox with the plan you picked and anything you wrote. You get a copy by email.
We call or email to clarify
A short conversation to understand your business, the people you serve and what the first version must do.
You receive a written proposal
Deliverables, responsibilities, timeline and the price, in plain language. Nothing starts until you agree it.
We build, you review
Work is shown at agreed review points, so decisions stay connected to the work.
Pricing and timelines
How much does a website or application cost?
The cost depends on the agreed deliverables, functionality, integrations and content requirements. We discuss those details before proposing a price.
Can you work within a set budget?
Share your budget during the initial discussion. We can consider whether a suitable scope is possible within it, without assuming every requested feature can be included.
How long does development take?
The schedule depends on the project and the availability of content, access and feedback. A proposed timeline is discussed once the requirements are understood.
What happens if I need additional features?
We discuss how the change affects the scope, cost and timeline before adding it to the agreed work.
Unsure which plan fits? Send what you know and we will suggest the smallest sensible start.
